North East ISD Madison High School Performing Arts Center & New Athletics Facility
This $30.1 million project included a new 60,000 square foot performing arts facility, as well as a new athletics facility. This free standing performing arts center is a replacement for the previous space, which was inadequate and outdated. The new performing art center was built on the existing site, while maintain functionality of the school’s existing space.
MEP Engineering, Inc. was hired by Pfluger Architects, and contributed the following to the project:
- Chilled water AHUs
- Gas hydronic systems
- Plumbing systems including: domestic hot water, domestic cold water, and sanitary waste/vent piping
- Energy efficient lighting systems throughout
