Leander ISD Vandegrift High School Performing Arts Center

 

 

 

This project included a new 17,500 square foot performing arts center. The facility included a lobby, as well back of house dressing and rehearsal spaces. MEP Engineering, Inc. teamed with Fields & Associates Architects and contributed the following to the project:

  • Chilled water AHUs
  • Gas heating systems
  • Ground source heat pump systems for auxiliary spaces
  • Plumbing systems including domestic hot water, domestic cold water, and sanitary waste/vent piping
  • Energy efficient lighting systems throughout
