Home Depot Call Center
Home Depot Supply Company’s new call center in New Braunfels, Texas is a single-story facility constructed in two phases on a nine-acre site.
MEP Engineering, Inc. served as a subconsultant to RVK Architects and was responsible for the M|E|P design of 63,000 square feet of flexible use space, in multiple phases of new construction. The first phase consisted of a shell package for the Ryan Companies, the developer of the property.
Phase two consisted of a tenant finish out for Home Depot, Inc. providing a regional call center. This included an emergency back-up system, a specialized raceway and conduit distribution system for low voltage telecommunications, and data systems.
