Goran Kadich, CBCP Commissioning Professional
In his role as Commission Professional, Goran has built a solid reputation for being able to identify potential issues before plans are released for bid or installation has taken place. He is a natural problem solver and works effectively with suppliers, contractors and engineering teams to resolve design and testing obstacles and conducts comprehensive field studies and troubleshooting analyses. Goran naturally fell into this role because he has a unique background with testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) along with his fundamental engineering education – all of which means he understands HVAC systems better than most. He has observed countless installations and is responsible for ensuring that the systems are operating as efficiently as possible, in accordance with the project drawings and specifications.
As a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), Goran provides expertise in systematic review of HVAC construction and equipment, temperature control, system commissioning and laboratory control operations. In addition, Goran can perform fume hood performance testing, air and water system test and balance, ductwork and AHU leakage testing, and complete building pressurization testing for critical and non-critical facilities.
On a personal side, Goran loves sports, music, dance and traveling. He is also heavily involved in supporting his teenage daughter’s volleyball career and often spends time traveling to different tournaments with her.
