Boerne ISD Herff Elementary School
This project included a newly constructed 102,651 square foot elementary school. MEP Engineering, Inc. design included two (2) air cooled chillers and high efficiency LED lighting. Built into a hillside, this school is a split level design with a combination of slab on grade and suspended floor construction. It features interactive classroom pods for students to learn together.
