Bush’s Chicken – Multiple Locations
This project, for the Bush’s Chicken Franchise, was a series of restaurants in Central Texas, most of which are located in San Antonio. MEP Engineering, Inc. was hired for the project by DHR Architects for full service M|E|P design and construction administration.
All restaurants were site-adaptions, so for each site MEP designed a parking lot lighting system using energy efficient LED lighting. Also under MEP’s purview was the design of the HVAC system, including oven and cooking exhaust systems. The plumbing design included kitchen grease traps as well as water/waste for the bathrooms and full kitchen.
