Amplify Credit Union, Esperanza Crossing – Austin, Texas

This newly constructed credit union was designed by Mente Sowell Architects.  MEP Engineering, Inc. served as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering subconsultant on this 8,700 square foot commercial building.

• Project included a 35-ton split system
• Furnaces were used for the heating system
• Credit Union includes a flex community room used for meetings, conferences, and training events
• Facility is equipped with energy efficient LED lighting. With strict City Codes regarding outside lighting, this required an extensive amount of coordination with the City of Austin permitting department.
