A+ Credit Union – NW Hills
This new 3,400 square foot prototypical credit union was designed by Spencer Group Architects, Inc. Serving in a sub-consultant capacity, MEP Engineering contributed the following:
- DX system with a 12-ton cooling size and 28 kW electric strip heating system
- A complicated outside lighting system was specifically designed to meet city code pertaining to light pollution ordinances, while providing sufficient light for security purposes
- Also included in the electrical systems was LED common area lighting, power distribution for both data and communication systems, as well as the fire alarm systems
- Plumbing systems contained electronic sensors on water closets, urinals, and lavatories to conserve water and ensure sanitation.
