	Farris Football / Soccer Stadium Owner: Northside ISD Client: Area: 0 Sq Ft Construction Cost: $10,344,000 MEP Cost: $1,380,000 Date Completed: 5/11/2004 A 9,000 seat facility for both football and soccer. Project included public toilets, concessions and player dressing rooms under the bleachers, with a two level pressbox on one side and a separate facility for ticket sales , nurse, officials and stadium manager. Sports lighting designed to meet IESNA requirements for high school football and soccer. A 1350 car parking lot illuminated to a minimum of 1 foot candle.
