Northside ISD Dub Farris Stadium

The Dub Farris stadium is a 9,000 seat facility, for both football and soccer, located within the Dub Farris sporting complex. Located in San Antonio, this complex is owned by Northside ISD. The project included concessions, public toilets, player dressing rooms, with a two level press-box on one side, and a separate facility for ticket sales, nurse, officials, and stadium manager.

MEP Engineering, Inc. was hired by the project architect, RVK Architects, and contributed the following:

  • Plumbing design for home and visitor’s bathrooms
  • HVAC system for press box and field house
  • Electrical systems including lighting and power distribution, as well as sports lighting designed to meet IESNA requirements for high school football and soccer
  • Illuminated parking lot, with the capacity for 1,350 cars
