Home Depot Call Center

Home Depot Supply Company’s new call center in New Braunfels, Texas is a single-story facility constructed in two phases on a nine-acre site.

MEP was commissioned by RVK Architects and was responsible for the MEP design of 63,000 SF of flexible use space in multiple phases of new Construction. The first phase consisted of a shell package for the Ryan Companies, the developer of the property.

Phase 2 consisted of a tenant finish out for Home Depot, Inc. providing for a regional call center with an emergency back-up system and specialized raceway and conduit distribution systems for low voltage telecommunications and data systems.
